I’ve personally walked the clubhouse and amenities at NOVEL River District, and I can honestly say this is one of the most impressive communities I’ve seen in a long time. The level of detail is exceptional. From the gym and pool to the amenity spaces and finishes, everything feels intentional, elevated, and truly luxurious. Crescent Communities did an outstanding job creating something special here. On top of that, Ally with RKW is doing an amazing job building real community for the residents. My family and I moved into Novel River District in April 2026, and we have had nothing but positive things to say about our experience so far. The amenities are excellent, the staff has been welcoming and helpful, and the community continues to grow in a great direction. The amenities are excellent, the staff has been welcoming and helpful, and the community continues to grow in a great direction. The layout of our two-bedroom apartment is, by far, the best my wife and I have ever lived in. It is spacious, functional, and perfect for our family. One of our favorite parts is having the park within walking distance. Our kids absolutely love it. We get to be the Apartment Life Team here, so we may be a little biased when we say the resident events are some of the best. But from what we have heard from other residents, that seems to be the general consensus as well. The events have been a great way to meet neighbors and help build a true sense of community. We are very thankful to call Novel River District home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

This property is absolutely stunning, seriously— between adorable big foot wallpaper in the community space, huge gym with personal studios, and spacious apartments. Oh not to mention the ladies upfront are so bubbly and fun. This property has everything.
