My family and I moved into Novel River District in April 2026, and we have had nothing but positive things to say about our experience so far. The amenities are excellent, the staff has been welcoming and helpful, and the community continues to grow in a great direction. The layout of our two-bedroom apartment is, by far, the best my wife and I… My family and I moved into Novel River District in April 2026, and we have had nothing but positive things to say about our experience so far. The amenities are excellent, the staff has been welcoming and helpful, and the community continues to grow in a great direction. The layout of our two-bedroom apartment is, by far, the best my wife and I have ever lived in. It is spacious, functional, and perfect for our family. One of our favorite parts is having the park within walking distance. Our kids absolutely love it. We get to be the Apartment Life Team here, so we may be a little biased when we say the resident events are some of the best. But from what we have heard from other residents, that seems to be the general consensus as well. The events have been a great way to meet neighbors and help build a true sense of community. We are very thankful to call Novel River District home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

All I can say is WOW! This community exceeded all of my expectations. From the thoughtful amenities and spacious floor plans to the farmers market right across the street, everything about it stands out. Jamani was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire application process seamless from start to finish. Their outstanding… All I can say is WOW! Novel is a great place! All the amenities and future amenities .. makes for a great area if you want quiet but closeness to major attractions. Chris is the community manager and he is amazing, so kind, funny, and has been super receptive to our needs as we start a new adventure here and Charlotte! I recently toured NOVEL River District and was really impressed. The community is super clean, well-maintained, and has a great overall vibe. Ally, the Property Manager, was also great to interact with. She’s friendly, professional, and clearly cares about the residents and the property. Definitely worth checking out!
