Community Director
Ally
Leasing Manager
Jamani
A Newark, New Jersey native who brings both heart and precision to the NOVEL River District team. Known as the “4-1-1 girl,” (which is ironically also her birthday), Jamani has a sharp ability to visualize, track, and remember details—always knowing the how much, how many, where, and when to keep operations running smoothly. Her strong work ethic and genuine passion for helping people make her a trusted resource for residents and teammates alike.
Outside of work, Jamani loves expressing herself through music and dancing, unwinding with a good book on her balcony, and embracing her favorite color—pink—as a reflection of her vibrant personality and it’s not a color to her, it’s a lifestyle. An avid solo traveler, she has explored over 20 U.S. states and 5 countries, with plans to add even more to the list this year.
Having lived and worked exclusively on this side of Charlotte, Jamani brings firsthand knowledge of the River District and Berewick areas—from the best places to eat and explore to the neighborhoods that truly feel like home. Stepping into her Leasing Manager role was a very intentional move, as she begins the next chapter of her professional journey focused on lease-ups and continued growth, while proudly serving as both the eyes and ears of the community.
